How do I order?
If I don't have an account:
1.     Click on "Order now" in the Homepage.
2.     Type in your email.
3.     Choose the kits and how many would you like in your order. 
4.     Select Day and Time for the delivery. 
5.     Click on “Confirm order”.
6.     Enter your account details.
7.     Enter your address. 
8.     Choose your payment method.
9.     Click on “Pay now”
When will I receive my order?
The day and time of your choosing.

You can check it on "My orders" or in the confirmation email that we sent you after the order was placed. 
What will I receive exactly?
You will receive the selected meals you ordered.

-Vacuum-sealed meal kits (main dish, side dish, and accompaniment)
-Food trays (main dish and side dish)
-Family Pack (4-people servings of main dish and side dish)
Is there a minimum that I can order?
No, you can order just 1 kit. 

Starting from 5 kits, the delivery fee is free of charge.
Where can I receive my order?
At the address of your choosing, within the city of Tijuana.

You can confirm your delivery address in "My Orders" and in the confirmation email we sent you. 

Also, you can check your saved addresses and edit them at "My Profile". 
What if I receive something I did not order?
Send a message or call us at 664 319 8397 and we'll send you the correct meal kits you ordered as soon as possible. 
How can I get my receipt?
Your receipt is sent to your email as soon as your payment is confirmed. 
Can I order to my business or workplace?
Yes, we can deliver to your business or office address.

How can I be sure that you receive my order and that my order is completed?
You can check it in "My Orders" and in the confirmation email we sent you.

Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, the delivery fee is $50 MXN per order.
How can I get a refund?
We do not offer cash refunds. You will receive a one-time-use discount coupon equivalent to the total of the canceled order to use in your next purchase. 
What if I receive a damaged package/meal kit?
Send us a message or call us at 664 391 8397 to meet the best solution in this situation. 

What if was not available to receive my order?
You will receive an email to schedule a second attempt to deliver your order.

Additional $50 pesos are charged upon delivery for this second attempt. 
What if I have a problem with the delivery?
You can send a message or call directly to Customer Service at (664) 319 8397 to find the best solution. 
Who is going to deliver my order?
All orders are delivered by Enjoy Kitchen certified personnel.
How long is my package in transit?
Your meal kits can be on delivery route from 10 minutes up to 2 hours, coming out of our Distribution Center until it arrives to your set address. 

Our delivery personnel are trained and equipped with the necessary tools to make sure that your order maintains its low temperature and keep your meal kits in the best condition possible throughout the route. 
Are all my meal kits delivered the same day?
Yes, all your meal kits are packed in one or more bags, depending on what you're ordering. You will receive all your meal kits on one delivery on the Day and Time of your choosing.
